God is Still on His ThroneA Poem by Melinda McQueenThis world is a crazy place With all kinds of aches. You wish the pain Would go away.
There are times when you want to give in And there’s no ear to lend. When you feel you’re on your own… God is still on His Throne.
Life moves in and out, Making you cry out loud. For when a loved one is with you no more, Your heart is broken and sore.
When you do all you can do To get by… to get through… Even when all goes wrong… God is still on His Throne.
Faced with trials that seem so huge That you no longer know what’s true… And you know not what questions to ask… Know that “this too, shall pass”.
As sure as night turns into day, He hears when you pray. So, come what may, have faith that you’re
not alone… God is still on His Throne. © 2015 Melinda McQueenReviews
