Few Dozen Tears

Few Dozen Tears

A Poem by Melinda McQueen
"

Missing someone.

"

Falling like rain

In the deep sea.

Trickles fail to refrain,

Rather flow free.

The loss, the gain,

The never-ending swirl.

All is lost, yet remains

In the heart of this girl.

Few dozen tears crowd,

Feelings stay.

My heart beats loud

With memories at bay.

There, in a far-away place

They lie in abandon.

Here, do they ever grace

My heart’s pardon.

Few dozen tears come calling

When I think of you.

My tears are falling

Like an unyielding waterfall surging through.

Missing what we shared

What seems like a thousand years...

And still my heart is not spared

A few dozen tears.

Ah! Lovers always write such sorta painful memorable missing stuffs. Love's blind and it's proved by lovers because lovers can't stay alive without each other, am worried when they leave the body, their souls would be wandering to finding each others as well ....

...I like the passion of your love, your love get expressed by your beautiful sugary tears. Keep tearing because your tears make the earth immortal and wash away the sin from the world. Hope, you'll meet your someone soon cause I hate seeing angel's teary eyes. Lovely poem. Keep on, stay beautiful!
