Feed The Lie

Feed The Lie

A Poem by Placenta

A flick of your wrist
A turn of the dial,
A kiss on the lips,
It's been quite a while.
Your hand in mine,
Head on chest,
You make me forget
About all the rest.

Against a wall,
You're starting to win
I can't hold back
My head, it spins
My hands are shaking
Tongue, so tied
my heart is breaking
But I love the lie

Sheepish grin and bambi eyes
Mouth to mouth,
           Gasps and sighs
Tounge on teeth,
My cup is brimming
You know what you're doing,
And baby, you're grinning
