A Poem by Pixieinflight

On a clear night like tonight

The moon moves for me

I gave you an accordian

And you made a movie

I watch a white cloud

move across the black sky

I had a guitar

But now I'm stuck with a piano

You can only love pain

I was filled with happiness

You can't save someone who's fine

You can't save someone who's fine

On a clear night, tonight

I let the world blur

Cross my eyes

Wait for clarity to occur

You can't save those who are fine

And I'm fine

To pine

With a piano and notebook

What you gave me

You can't take back

And I'm fine to pine

Under this wind-swept cloud sky

I wrote you a poem

But you faded away
You can't make apples into oranges

Trees into blue

But I'll take a paino

and write a song for you

You wanna see pain

I'll save you some time

Because you can't fix someone who's fine

No, you can't save someone who's fine

And yes, I'll be fine to pine

Author's Note

Pixieinflight
I haven't written in a really long time and I don't think I was very good at it to begin with. But this was something that tugged at my heart and I had to get out. Kind of songey.. Might get my piano out.
What do you guys think??
