Falling for the Moon

Falling for the Moon

A Poem by B

She sits on a silver horizon
Breaking an ocean from sky
Touching a ray in endless kisses
Revisiting a course of a sun
Knowing that time in tranquil blue
It too shall pass
Unraven in hindering glow
Long after a night show
Caring for all that is unseen
Peeking into a realm of green
She stands by looking through
Restlessly watching a benevolent sign
Pairing a twin of this soul
Tracking star timid shadow
The moment a glisten of curtain fall
A throne of golden bliss
Some move in tandem hold
Throwing in a dependent tale
Falling for this moon
Riddles of words would dwindle
As fond hearts collide
A pitch unsought of the night
Seeking true

This is wonderfully unique. The moon is one of my favorite celestial bodies and I enjoyed the way this poem brought me to a peaceful moonlit world

Photo and the words. Amazing. I love the moon too. Make the night come alive and us believe. In love and in wishes. Thank you my friend for sharing the amazing poetry.

You are welcome my friend.
Being a moonchild (zodiac sign) myself, I pay much attention to the moon. I've written many moon poems, but I've never expressed any of the details you do here, which makes this very fresh & inventive to me. Sometimes when I watch the moon, I try to think of new ways to describe it. Your poem is every new way I wish I'd thought of! *wink! wink!* Fondly, Margie

as a transcendentalist, I would say that this is the creator's love cradling and speaking through nature as nothing else can. beyond deep ... :)

Is not it what everyone do... We seek for something. We try to find this in our memories, in our expectations and everywhere. And all of us care about the thing that has not been seen yet. we hope and expect about our own version of future that's not been set yet. Then some time passed away we start to solve our own puzzle and in the end you hope to get the real answer. Till then you keep searching what is the true.
This poem is very deep! I don't know if I got it right. But it was my interpretation. Thanks for sharing
