A Rose of inclinationsA Poem by BRidden by the shored earthly rocks A foaming frown refusing to settle Crashing up the seabed to deplored life They cheer by simple touches Of fine wine glasses of the sea Whites releasing sea breeze freshness Waving another goodbye to reach out in hello They travel through oceans Crossing continents to meet again Through distant suns they may royally glow Upon peaceful nights reflecting a poetic star For birds may sip a bounty of their placid givings Poetry written on frugal sands they let go As life is reincarnated through each wave Bodies of pure blood would grow Yet they would pull away in ebony Only to touch again in ivory crust If love was to be contained a natural scene Waves of the sea would sit on each page Frozen in time they are roses entwined Building a state of chained council calm For patient lovers would learn only of sentiment Upon the sounds of gentle waves of kisses Hum upon hum meeting secretly in the dark Elusively reclined upon faint silvery lines
