Petals of a Lazy DaisyA Story by B
Reaching out it's roots through sombrero shade
Delicately petals whistle through a breeze Bravely shy to the touch slowly turning Searching for the morning smiles of this sun Slowly it curves beyond the translucent bend Resting on waters falling through height Holding closely its winter stories in hidding Gifting a painting of softly spoken words Laying gently on the ground flourishing with light Known so little of nature's might abandoned in innocence Counting layers playing petals to sheers of colour In dunes of dew escaping a harsh rapture Kissing a lover's lips done tandem rememberance Together they dance a silent waltz to no audience Nude in shades of yellowy past they pass Glistening in the baffled forms of being alive Hugging away all forms of desolation The petals of a lazy daisy
