Humane WatersA Poem by BAs i see faces staring at me Talking in a loud tone As if i can't hear them As if they can't reach me I hid the strength i owned up to Observing the laughter on the side While i dust a dress of tranquility I grown very well into Knowing that the only strength I ever could have Resided within my soul Learning that falling was part Of all those rides That i myself had always seemed eager to get into I dare to hide the smiles of a heart In love with the idea of life As the voices around stopped getting loud They learnt they now could reach me That behind my silent face A stronger woman dared to live inside All she ever needed was to learn That those voices would never give up That they would shout louder For saving a life was more important Than any day that goes by Humane
