Zombie Love Was Never AliveA Poem by The Pirate ZombieThere is a lack of confidence. And you can feel our stress. The need for truth. Time to decide was is and is not best.Their lust was drivin by a burning desire Beneath the sky paved with dreamers and liars A scent of whiskey and a feeling of sorrow A heart heavy with dreams kept safe for tomorrow
Well he was wrong and she was right She flew her white flag while he was ready to fight Now the war is over and the battles are lost A love that has died and was bitten by frost
He came to her with his desires and needs From her lips he did suck and his mouth she did feed Not a waste of time but a lesson well learned Every broken heart in the past for him was well earned
She stepped into a trap when she should've known better That a man who truely cared wouldn't have let her So delicate and fragile, so easily broken Her heart just shatters when his name is spoken
On opposite sides of the world she was raped her of faith Her hands covered in blood and her love replaced with hate Sometimes she'll cry Sometimes she'll scream Sometimes she'll stare in the mirror and yell at me
And though death has no authority to take her She's gained the title of the Deadly Heart Breaker The pretty eyed grave digger With a gun in her hand and finger on the trigger "A Zombie Love can surely be dead Once you've shot your lover in the head."
