Where We're Meant To Be

Where We're Meant To Be

A Poem by teloelogyofdeath
"

...

"
Sitting by a doorway of dark
The stars are dancing proudly
You look up to catch a wink
From those flowing glory
Nothing shall be the same as yesterday
Though maybe tomorrow won't come
And your left selling shells
With a ferris wheel as your only fun
This time just seems to float away
Though it's not actually there
A lunacy picnic engulfed me
While you were watching for stairs
A holding moment shall pass on by
And we shall never meet
Again.
For marked graves and fragile ghosts
Will blow away this meadow sun
And chirping heat in summers glee
Shall see me become one.
