Heartbreak is what we make it.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately.

A broken heart is a terrible thing,

but it's one of the greatest parts of life.

Someone gone gives that familiar sting,

forcing you to think.

Think of the lives you've changed,

you were able to bring light or dark,

possibly tear someone's world apart.

look back, no matter what path you took.

know all the lives you've shook.

In my life I may not have gone very fast, or far,

but I can tell a story for every one of my scars.

I don't know about you, 

but the fact that I've had the opportunities to be hurt is simply amazing.

The odds of YOU being born are roughly One in 400 trillion.

That's 1 in 400,000,000,000,000

Think of how lucky you are to have a broken heart.
