Giggling Death

Giggling Death

A Poem by Pigfaced Cherub
"

Donkey parsnips McGillacutty. Stand back!

"

Ponder trees of distorted fates

Antennae hung heavy with maybes

Drip twisted hatred on gravel façade

God watches and taps at his great keyboard

Synergy twirls and mystery builds

And old movies still rattle the ten pin

Nothing remembers and forgetting decides

History wonders what happened. So do the ice shelves.

Demeaning, venomous, voluptuous verbs

Define leaders that lead from behind. Or follow ahead.

A head spitting tailored zygotes from grizzly painted holes.

Wholeness is frosted with sugary hemlock in the days of giggling death.

Every tongue laps at the same rotten slop trough in the days of giggling death.

Sheepish thugs begging guns for freedom on streets like slithering stone.

Drugs in the shallows and pain in the depths. Caution signs quiet.

Learning from the dead. Teaching regurgitated swill.

I need a wet wipe to cleanse my existence.

Look full at the clock with pockmarked eyes.

If we take one more step, then the blue planet gets it!

Feed me a burger with lies on the side

In the days of giggling death.

In the death of giggling days.

In the giggling death of days.

Giggle. Giggle. Death!

I write words and words. Still I find no relief. Punctuation bonanzas never free me from my self deprecation. I am traveling from Hell to Zion on a twisting path of cliches and reruns. It's a long lon.. more..
