Taste of my Mind

Taste of my Mind

A Poem by Katherine Clair Piche

Striking back at your target

Do you really need to fight

Anger over whelmes the weak

and the unhappy sets a dark cloud

Sleeping when you have had enough

Stress will only make you older

and smiles will make you wrinkle

So set your heart apond a dager

Sit along that shady lane

nibble on a stick of life

and tell me how it taste

Look deeply into the sky

Watch for something you can only see

Cause its true that I met you

But do you really see

That I can be scared of who I am

and who you could really be.
