Life through my lonely 👁sA Poem by PicassoDedicated to those who wonder
Though life continues to move on
I’m somehow feeling stuck in place, Clinging to my past life praying all my sins will be erased. My eyes have witnessed pain and all the suffering that it brings, trying hard to find God because I’ve lost faith in human beings. My eyes have been cursed to see the horrific realities of life, at times I wish I was born blind to be protected from the terror of sight. My tears rusts my cheeks every time I’m alone and I think, “Why would God have me born in a realm of life that makes it traumatizing to blink?” What I’ve learned about reality is that nothing is hidden or disguised, everything is up close and vivid like life through my lonely eyes. © 2021 PicassoReviews
