Just a story I've been working on :)

"
There was a baby girl, named Sofia sutton. She was a nice, young lady, planning a lot for her future. She had short, brown hair and brown eyes. As she grew up, she became a lot taller, more mature, and her hair lightened to a light brownish red color and it also got longer. When she was 19, she had a baby with her ex boyfriend, Landon cooper. About 2 hours after having her first and only baby boy, Christopher sutton, she suddenly passed away from hemorrhaging, which is bleeding to death. Around 9 years later, Christopher grew up into a healthy 9 year old who had blonde hair and blue eyes. He lived with his aunt, Stephanie and his uncle, Harley. He was athletic and very intelligent. He played jr. Football for his school. He was in 3rd grade at Hamilton Elementary school. He had a crush on this girl named Shayleigh Hughes. She was also Blonde and had the brightest, and bluest eyes. She was honestly the smartest girl in the 3rd grade. She got only A's in all classes. She made "Special Honor roll" every semester. Christopher saw her as the most beautiful girl in the universe. He really liked her, but he was too why to tell her how he felt about her. Every single day, he went home and talked to his dog, Jasper, about her. "Oh Jasper," Christopher said, "why can't I just get up enough courage to tell her I like her? I mean, I know we're only in 3rd grade, but love has no age. I'm mature for my age. Right? I can treat her with love and respect and let her know how special she is to me." Well later did he kno, that Shayleigh was moving that coming weekend.

At school the next day, Christopher walked into class and sat down. The teacher, Mr. Corwinn, handed out math sheets to work on for the next 10 minutes. As Christopher was working on the paper, he couldn't stop looking at Shayleigh. Just the way she looked at her paper just, made her irresistible. Christopher didn't really understand why he liked her so much. There was just something about her and everything she does that just makes her attractive in so many ways. Well, 5 years later, he was still thinking about her. He could've sworn he was in love by now... He was 14 years old, and so was she. Both in the 8th grade, but not in the same school. His feelings have gotten stronger towards her as well. After she left 5 years ago, he's been very upset but she's still been on his mind. He's mad at himself that he didn't get her number. He had no idea how to get in touch with her. He tried looking her up online, he tried asking his friends from elementary school, he's tried looking in the white pages, but he couldn't find anything. He kinda got depressed that there wasn't anything he could do. "I've lost her... And now I can't get her back to where I am so I can be with her, and claim the most beautiful girl in the world." So, he decided to go on his Facebook page to talk to some friends from his current middle school to see what they're up to. He messaged his friend Chad Michaels to see if he wanted to go skating this Saturday night. He thought it would take his mind off of Shayleigh. Chad replied, "yeah dude, Imma bring some friends with me too so we can have a small party with some cheer wine." (That was their "alcoholic beverage) it made them feel older because it has the word "wine" in it... "Haha ok man." Christopher replied. And the plans were made.
As he exited his Facebook messenger, he saw some friend suggestions that popped up. He scrolled through them and was surprised by what he saw. "Shayleigh..." He thought. He saw Shayleigh Hughes's page. His eyes widened in excitement and his heart stopped. He quickly clicked the button that said, "send Request". After he clicked it, his heart started beating again. Only faster and faster. He began to sweat. He began thinking, "what if she doesn't remember me? What if she denies it? What if she somehow hates me and wants nothing to do with me?" He was worried more than ever. He didn't know at the time what she thought of him. He was expecting a notification saying either that she accepted his friend request or that she denied his friend request. He didn't get anything. He started to worry even more. "What if she doesn't even use her Facebook anymore? Then, she'll never get my request and then I'll never be able to talk to her again." He said to himself. He decided to send her a quick message to get her attention. He said,

"Ummm hey Uhhh Shayleigh. It's Christopher from 3rd grade. I'm not expecting you to remember me or anything, but if you could maybe message me back when you get this, that would be great."

                     "Thanks- Christopher Sutton"

"Oh great..." He thought, "what'd I just do?" He was kind of relieved he got it over with, but the suspense was killing him. Not knowing whether or not the girl of his dreams got his friend request or his message just made him so anxious. So, since Christopher has anxiety, being anxious made him hungry. So he went downstairs into the kitchen to get him some lunch. His aunt and uncle were napping. They just went down about 30 minutes ago, so it'll be at least another hour before they wake up. He grabbed 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 slices of turkey, and a slice of cheddar cheese and prepared himself a turkey and cheese sandwich. He went back into the fridge to put the turkey container back and to grab the bottle of mayonnaise and a head of lettuce. He squeezed the mayo on and pulled off enough lettuce to leave some for his uncle for his dinner for work that night. His uncle eats dinner at work so the only ones at dinner every night are Christopher and his aunt Stephanie. He put the mayonnaise and lettuce back into the fridge and reached over on the counter to grab the salt and Pepper. He gently shook the salt shaker onto his sandwich and did the same with the pepper. He put them back and then realized he was done making his lunch. He grabbed a cherry coke can out of the fridge and a bag of barbecue chips and went into the living room. He sat down on the recliner and turned the television on. He changed it from the news, which his aunt was watching earlier, to the NFL channel which had his favorite team on, the Saints. He and his uncle loved the saints and had a fondness of watching how great Drew Brees, the Quarterback for the saints, was. He started to take bites in his sandwich and drink his cherry coke. When he finished, he threw his trash away. A few days later, on that Saturday, it was time to get ready to hang with his buddies to get his mind off of Shayleigh. He pulled out his phone and checked his Facebook real quick to see if she accepted his friend request or if she's replied to his message yet. Unfortunately, she didn't. He went outside to his garage and grabbed his bike. His aunt and uncle knew where he was going so Christopher just yelled, "bye!" And headed down the driveway. He only lived down the street from the skating rink so he wasn't going far. When he arrived, Chad and the other buddies were standing by the entrance. Christopher noticed that 2 of them brought girls. Christopher unmounted his bike and placed it in the bike rack next to the sidewalk. He walked over to the friends and they all walked in to the skating rink together. When they entered, music played. Pretty loud, but muffled. But it was okay because it was the kind of music that made you want to dance. It was very upbeat and very fun to hear. They bought their admission and their skate rental tickets and entered the doorway. When they walked in, the music grew louder. People were skating everywhere and people were dancing. Back in the corner, there was a fight going on. Some Dude was pushing some other guy on the ground continuously while some girl punched some dude in the face. "Pshhh..." Christopher thought, "he probably cheated... jerk." They kept walking in a group to a table that held 7. They all put their stuff down and went to the counter to receive their skates. "10 please." Said Chad.

"7 please." Said one of the girls.

Christopher walked up to the counter and told the man his shoe size. "9 1/2 please."

The man gave Christopher his skates and he put them on. After he put the skates on, he pulled out his phone and checked his Facebook again. "Dude... That's not cool," Said Chad.  "You have been checking your phone a lot since you got here. Just forget whatever it is that you're trying to know."

"Why would I do that...?" Asked Christopher.

"Why wouldn't you? Nothing can be that important that you miss time hanging with your best buds. Right? Replied Chad.

Christopher started to get aggravated by the fact that Chad and his "so-called buds" didn't understand that he was in love. So he finally couldn't hold it in anymore.

"That's it!" Christopher shouted directly at Chad, "you don't get it ok..? I need to check my phone all the time. I'm expecting a notification or a message of some sort from the girl of my dreams. I have loved her ever since 3rd grade, and when she moved then, my heart broke. I was torn apart and I didn't know what to do. I've been trying to get her number for 5 years... You just wouldn't understand..."

Chad looked at his friends and started to laugh. They thought Christopher was pathetic for being so weird and childish. "You do know, That she's never gonna like you and you have no chance with her Right?" Exclaimed Chad.

Christopher smiled. "You might be right. She is too beautiful for me so I probably don't have a chance. But that doesn't mean I can't try. Look, i can not give up on this girl. she is the only girl i wanna be with and nothing can stop me."

"Except the fact that you cant get her number..." chad cackled under his breath.

Everyone laughed at Christopher. He was very humiliated but at the time, didn't care because he knew what he believed in, Shayleigh.

"im out of here..." Christopher wept.

So, Christopher walked out of the doors and mounted his bike to go home. He rode as fast as he could to relieve his anger. he peddled faster and faster until he saw a car pull right in front of him because he ran a red light. Christopher's eyes widened in fear and he jerked on his breaks. His bike skidded across the road, sliding against the pavement. He flew off his bike and landed on his side with his bike pinned on top of him. he scraped both of his elbows and his eye was red from the handle of the bike pushing into his eye. he also scraped both of his knees. he cried in pain, but no one would help him. he called for help because he couldn't move. he felt like he was dying. he tried to reach for his phone in his front pocket, but he couldn't stand the pain shooting up his arm. he was bleeding ever so much. his eyes were filling up with tears and he could only imagine what shayleigh would think about him if she saw him like this. Fortunately, his aunt was coming home from the Grocery store when she noticed him lying on the side of the road.

"Oh my Goodness!" she screamed, "What happened?"

"the kids... they were being mean to me. i was upset, so i wanted to come home. i must've peddled too fast when i tried to stop myself from getting run over."

"oh," she said, "come on, i'll take you home and get you cleaned up."

"but my arm..." he complained.

"what about your arm?" she responded.

"it hurts really bad. i think i might've broken it."

"Broken it?!?!" she shouted curiously.

Christopher's aunt Stephanie is a very protective person most of the time. she'll always panic at the smallest things.

His aunt helped him off of the ground and wiped off his jeans. she picked up his bike and put it in the trunk of her 2011 Honda Accord. She helped him in the passengers seat and got in herself. she drove him to the closest Emergency Room. she sat in the waiting room while Christopher was getting his arm checked out. She was very anxious and curious to find out what was wrong. about an hour later, the nurse walked Christopher out of the room and into the waiting room with his aunt.

"So what is it?" His aunt said rushingly, "whats wrong?"

"it's Broken." the nurse explained.
"yeah... like my heart.." Christopher mumbled.

"Aweeee im so sorry," his aunt sympathized.

Christopher sat down in a chair and waited for his aunt to sign paperwork. He looked up at the television in the right corner of the room. The news was on. His eyes widened. Shayleigh had been in a car accident with her mom, dad, and brother. He continued watching and started to shed a tear. All he could think about was if she was okay and if he'll ever get the chance to be with her and love her. His Aunt finished with the paperwork and told Christopher to come with her. As they walked out of the door and into the parking lot, he looked back and wept. He wanted to go back and continue watching the news so he can find out what happened to Shayleigh. He quickly turned around and ran back into the waiting room. His aunt quickly looked back at him to ask him what he was doing. He completely ignored her and sat back down in the waiting room.

"Wait, Christopher!" his aunt screamed.

His aunt, Stephanie ran back into the waiting room and froze. Christopher was balling his eyes out. She has never seen Christopher this upset before. She sat down beside him and told him everything will be okay.

"Look, Christopher," Aunt Stephanie said, "I don't know why this is making you upset, but we can talk about it in the car if you want."

Christopher looked up at her. "No... i dont want to talk about it."

Aunt Stephanie sighed and told him to come on. All that was going through her mind was, "why could he possibly be crying? He never cries this much."

Christopher got up but didn't look at her. He grew angrier at her because she doesnt know who they are. He walked out and didnt even hold the door open for her. She found it rude, but somewhere in her heart, she understood that he was hurting, so she accepted it. They got in the car and drove off.

"Do you want anything to eat, Christopher?" his aunt, Stephanie asked.

Christopher shook his head.

"well, i'm going to pick up something at 'Denny's' for me and your uncle, if you want anything let me know, okay?"

Christopher nodded his head and continued to look down in despair. He was really worried about Shayleigh.

They pulled up to the drive through and she started to order. Christopher tapped her shoulder. She looked at him and he looked her in the eyes, "Can i get a chocolate shake please?" he asked shyly.

Aunt Stephanie giggled, "of course."

When they got the food, they drove home. They drove through the night. Christopher rolled his window down in the passengers seat. The wind blew through his hair.

By the time they got home, Christopher has already sucked half of the milkshake down. He continued not to look at his aunt, Stephanie in the eyes. He was still upset; nothings changed. He was wondering what was happening at the time with Shayleigh and wondering if she was okay. He started to feel his heart hurt more and more as he thought about her. All that was going on in her mind was if she was dead, or majorly hurt. He doesnt know what he would do if she ended up dying. He would've lost his one and only true love. They walked into the house, only to be welcomed by Jasper, the dog, his best friend. jasper has always understood him with his problems and concerns. He was the one who he talked to about Shayleigh. If Jasper died, he wouldnt know what to do. He couldnt lose the love of his life AND his best friend.
