Alone in the End

Alone in the End

A Poem by Pi Cee

Supports only go so far. They leave
big portions to the natural elements,
to erosion, weathering, hate, teary salt.
The supports fall down when hard wind blows,
the deck floats away, the walkway barren.
Out by itself, relying on faith. Faith that holds no
rational ground.

All because the support blew away.
