Glass House

Glass House

A Poem by Pi Cee

Walking around, lost in glass
Reflections and ice all around.
Frost, clinging tights to my chest
slowing my hands and stopping my blood.
But yet, breathe, I still inhale
refusing loss and absorbing warmth.

Shards, of this lonely world
pushing comfort away
and slicing my heart.

Tears, falling, from high above my head
soaking to this shield,
freezing before the ground.

Very nice. Good visuals. I felt the cold and the sharpness of the ice.

Good to be able to read your poetry. Always strong and with a purpose. A glass house can be broke apart with a simple touch of pain or heart brake. Thank you for the outstanding poetry.
