MaskedA Poem by Pi Cee
Hit a little harder, cut in a little deeper
I fear Reality is waiting. Waiting for that one hard blow that one too deep slice to flow out of the armor chinks that keep it in control. Molded for a smoother life, easier, more carefree Placed solidly, fit to hold strong but the fists and knives have weakened it. Reality is a scaring thing, merciless, iron-gripped are you smart to let it free? Hit and bang and scratch and cut, soon it will break through. And then you'll see its harsh, hard ways waiting to run you down. Hit a little harder, cut just a bit deeper the menace of life is brewing. © 2012 Pi CeeReviews
