Of Bold Colors between Black and White

Of Bold Colors between Black and White

A Poem by Pi Cee

A brush against my memory,
painting perfect fantasies
where I do what I should have
and kiss who I could have.
Where my dreams are real
and will is strong.
Where miles are minutes
and seconds are kisses.
Where life still takes turns
but bridges never burn.
Where I'm not afraid to take risks
and I learn better the first time.

I have a gallery full,
of hundreds of these paintings.
Where life seems to be better,
where my eyes see the things that are better,
and I find who I was meant to be.
