Black Lust

Black Lust

A Poem by Alexander Mccarthey

Lids heavy
Head nodding
Body warm and skin tingling
this is it
my bodies loving
my heart is warm
with all but nothing
This is feeling
elation too
my heart my body
it needs you
there is no other
no life
no job
there is no other
no love
no hope
Draconic desire surging through me
lids less heavy no longer nodding
Draconic desire overtakes me
Oh sweet mother is life at its end
Oh sweet lover
my death you will rend

For me, the reader, it screams of betrayl to ones ability, you as intelligent beings tend to crave the things we are not meant to have, yet your words probe the inner most desires that never speak, well done, good read.

Hmm interesting and a dark sort of scene to it, almost feels like a hovering shadow but then other things tend to say other, i'm not so well at figuring that sort of thing out... so i am not sure, but i do like this, well done.

Draconic is such a good word. and this is haunting. i see many different meanings, or at least possibilities. I know what it'd be about had I written it, so maybe it's something similar.

It was rich and filled with exciting scenes that made me glue my eyes to the screen. I sat closer as I came near the end and hoped to read more but at last all good things come to a end and this was really good.
