A Naive Queen.A Story by ANBA destructive and dysfunctional romance.
You can see the crazy in her eyes but ahead of that an intense and deceiving beauty. Born exotic, raised protected; a lost and confused Fijian Mormon with a mind easily abused. Drugs and alcohol are completely new as is freedom; unlike you, born roaming the streets of London. Nothing's serious once she's sober and past it; alcohol poisoning - a funny night; drugs even junkie's warn of - accepted as if it were a tic tac. She wants the uni life seen on screens, you just want to drink and smoke weed.
This time she's looking at you though and you can read her in an instant, but your intoxicated mind is looking at a sexy, Fijian Queen and you're thinking you could get used to this uni scene. So you'll endure her crying and screaming down the phone in the early hours of the morning and suffer through the unknown of your relationship as she kisses other guys and blames it on her naivety and insecurity but really she can't handle the freedom. You call her out and she tells you "it's not even that deep" and you're not "exclusive". Then you crack a joke about seeing another girl and watch her madness take centre stage. Time goes by and you don't do s**t and you hate yourself for it but the truth is; she was pretty so you let her get away with it. Somewhere underneath it all, she really likes you and vice versa but the mental maturity gap is too severe. They say don't judge a book by its cover but what if you prefer the cover to the actual book? It's a page turner for sure but structurally a mess. She gave you what you wanted and with that had you hooked. So, you took it all with a blissful naivety and watched her naturally turn from a girl to a b***h, never stopping by woman on the way. Fast forward to today, you'll take a woman over a girl any day.
