Perverse

Perverse

A Poem by Phoen-ix

I have dragged myself out from the pit of hell, yet somehow my mind can’t conquer the perversion.

Evil is as pure as innocence, and while for years I believed you were otherworldly, I have come to realize you were nothing more than human. Man terrifies me, more than any demon ever will.

A strong poem. Great words as always

Perhaps it's because we- humans- are amphibious; made of soiled earth and pure spirit that makes us so terrifying
