I hate how I smile whenever I hear your name

I hate not being with you

I hate being away from you

I hate how you make me smile

Whenever I'm down

I hate that you know me

Better than I know myself

I hate how awkward you make me feel

I hate it when you think I'm ignoring you

I hate how you tease me because I'm short

Or that I do/say weird things

I hate how you take things from me

My money, my heart, my soul, my happiness, my tears

I hate that you'll never truly understand

My feelings for you

How they mess me up

How they make me cry

I HATE HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU!

I so know that feeling, It takes me at least a few weeks to get the guts to walk up to a girl just to tell her i like like her, and then it sucks cause in the end i end up rejected and crying in some dark corner but thats me :P

I had a creative writing teacher tell me, you can tell how close a person is to what they wrote by how often they used the word I. She also said that you should step back, and look at it as if it were happening to a someone else, say a friend. What advise would you give a friend, how different would you have written this poem if looking at it as if it happened to someone else? Give it a try, you might find some answers for yourself while helping out this imaginary friend :~)

Sometimes... when love is not reciprocal it was never ment to be.
and sometimes it just needs to be approached on a different level
Strong emotions in this one, although Im not sure I would use the word hate quite as much.
