Recollection

I made Thaila up to be better than Bela. This is just a prolouge of what happens in the middle AN: Thalia in mythlogy is the greek muse of comedy.

We stood in the Hall of Mirrors in his masion, and I stared at him intently, waiting for him to answer. He didn't look at me once since I uttered the word 'I you to turn me.' He began walking toward me, but he drug his feet. He seemed devestated that I asked him. He finally looked at me.

"How can you ask me that, Thalia?" he said with a certain tone that made me want to cry. "You know the risk. I'm not of age yet and it could kill you." He took my hands in his. "Please don't ask me that." I looked down.

"I ask you because I love you. It doesn't matter if your old enough, didn't your father do the same?"

"Yes, but he has always been stronger than normal. I don't want to risk anyhting." He looked away. For some reason I was on a 'I want' trip and I felt anger flare up inside me. I wanted to be with him more than anything and he wouldn't turn me so I could.

"Turn me, Cyan!" I yelled. He came at me with super human speed and shoved me against a mirror. His fangs bared.

"I don't want to do this," he said with a tint of saddness, "but I know you want it so I'll try. If you die Thalia, I won't be far behind." he whispered. He grazed his hand across my cheek. I want to say the answer he gave me made me happy, but it didn't. I was making him do somethign he didn't want to do for my own selfish reasons. The next thing I knew his teeth were in my neck. The pain ran all through my body. He caught me as my legs went out from the shock. "Shorree." he said against my skin. I only nodded. I felt paralyzed and helpless, which, I guess, you're supposed to feel like when your being bitten by a vampire.

After a few minutes I felt clammy and weak. My body became cold and sweaty, then I began to shake. Then everything went black.
