When fear grows...

Anxiety

Uneasy pressure

Slowly overwhelming me

Manifests tension

Something we all go through...
Nicely captured.

Love a haiku. Can relate to this all too well. Why say in paragraphs what can be said in a few words? Glad to see it addressed as though who don't understand tend to ignore things like this as though they don't exist.
Nice, Phil!

Anxiety is horrible and it can be all consuming if we allow it to be. The struggle can be a daily one.

Seems like we've all been in this state for the past year and more. Esceptional haiku.

I have been in this spot enough times to feel this poem.
I take pills for it...
but reading this poem helps me feel like I am far from alone.

Know the feeling well, Phill, but didn't or don't have the skill to say so!
