Kakorrhaphiophobia is an abnormal, persistent, irrational fear of failure. In clinical cases, it's debilitating: the fear of even the most subtle failure or defeat is so intense that it restricts a person from doing anything at all.

Altho I love your sniffing out a phenomenal & rarely-heard word to enlighten us, I would have to say Trump suffers from the exact opposite of this malady Kakorrhaphiophobia! His delusions run in the other direction, I'm afraid. Actually, I think it's the people who desperately want to be rid of Trump & all his grifters who are suffering the worst case of Kakorrhaphiophobia right now with debilitating flashbacks to the election of 2016 *heh! heh! heh!* Thank you for always challenging us with your spot-on brain twisters (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

If I knew how to pronounce it, would help! What a magnificent word, Phill.. and even more magnificent use of it in this brief contingency plan.: how to debunk and debase with a swift flop and flap of letters.

I am caught in a time spiral of confusion; that period we all experience between birth and death.
Somewhere inside hides a poet, writer, lyricist and/or whatever, laying dormant and suppressed by s.. more..
