Political Misophonia

Political Misophonia

A Poem by Phill Oz O'fee
"

Stop political dribbling...

"

Political Misophonia

Government gossips

Trigger hate of their voices

To incite loathing

Might as well ask a dog not to chase after a cat.

Aside from dribbling, wouldn't it be good, if just the once, a straight question would elicit a straight answer.

I've been watching the daily Covid updates on the Beeb, and one of the things that has really annoyed me, is the way that almost without exception, the politicians, (particularly Matt Hancock,) start off answering a question, with ('I'm glad you asked me that, as it is a really important question,) then proceed to evade the issue with typical political double speak. Most irritating!

It was a bit like Boris waffling away to the nation this evening. Talk about, Much ado about nothing. :))

The right wing and the left wing belong to the same bird and it's a vulture, not an eagle. It feeds on the carrion of the poor to make itself fat and then lords the size of its power over everyone.
