You Rock My Soul

You Rock My Soul

A Poem by Phill Oz O'fee
"

Hot music....

"

You Rock My Soul

Succulent strummed

Sensual songs

Bridge fiery

Upon these heartstrings

Scorching my bare

Ivory fretboard

With sultry sizzling

Fingers of love

Harmonic resonance

Stirs the spirit

From your lyrically

Composing whispers

And I am lost

Within acoustic rhythms

To frenzy dance

In steamy dreams of you

Upon blank manuscript

Your composition

Inlays beating chords

To ignite our passions

For as heavy euphony

Reaches shared crescendo

We are rocked alive

To our very essence

There's nothing better than the feel of the guitar against the body, the touch of its living, breathing strings beneath the fingers! There's so much intensity, so much heat in this poem and the graphic is.. graphic

Such an exquisite blend of guitar licks & sinful tricks! Whenever I listen to Eric Clapton & his wailing lyrical guitar picking, it conjures up everything in your poem. It makes my writing come alive. It makes my cooking come alive. And if I had a love life, I'm pretty sure that would come alive, too! *wink! wink!* You do a great job of sprinkling guitar & musical words & ideas thru-out (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Nicely executed, this twist of music and love ans sex, so entwined in heart and mind

You are welcome..... :)..................
Great image Phill. Those acoustic rhythms have hit the spot and sent you into a frenzy. They can do that can't they? And what a hot metaphor we have here as well for a romp in the bedroom. Nicely done.
