Spiritual Detoxification

The unreality within fixated texting

Mobile morbidity in airwave static

Chaotic misguiding social networks

Bloodstain souls into dark places

Contaminated messages misinform

Creating artificial aspirations of hope

In this milieu of an analogous realm

Overindulges in a pestilence media

Alleviation of this societal reformatory

Involves abstaining shared indulgences

Temporarily refraining communications

For a meditative impermanent interlude

Withdraw to a secret hermitage retreat

Insulated from all outside distractions

Where cleansing spiritual detoxification

Just may perhaps renew mind and soul

OH YES - everyone needs this - can’t think of a better place to be away and in middle of nowhere- we need to learn to sanctify and cleanse our body and minds no matter where we are- choices- that’s why I don’t watch tv or read newspapers- toxic overload- so true are your words- wisdom🌹
