'A Tearful heart'
Phil Oz O'fee,
Your last two lines are actually, (at least to me) the core of meaning behind this poem. I can see the processing of the reality of past life, of past presence of someone precious and important. Words hardly suffice but we try to express these things. You performed this expression from your own life and it is clear and lovely. The beauty of what was the memories will be where you may live for awhile. The heart remembers after all. I appreciated your writing above very much!
Blessings to you as you live and move and have your being (In Christ.)

The heart wants what it wants, and we must endure the consequences. Loss is something inevitable that we just never seem to get a grip on. Love the feel of this, Phil.
love fully, live fully... no matter how many the hurts it had brought there is still the realization that there was a love like that shared with someone so dear and that remains to be unforgettable as time passes by.. getting sentimental here..lol
this is so right....there is no right or wrong....we feel what we feel...it is natural to react to loss in different ways---we do what we need to do to survive...the heart does the same.
I am caught in a time spiral of confusion; that period we all experience between birth and death.
