Sweet Surrender

Sweet Surrender

A Poem by Phill Oz O'fee
"

Giving in to passion ............

"

Sweet Surrender

Eagerly submitting

To my goddess’s infusions

I await new mysteries

About to be discovered

Your tress strands

Of gossamer sensuality

Pulsate effortlessly

Throughout this deficient mortal

Captivating and filing

Each crevasse of my soul

Near unbearable

Is my heightened consciousness

To slow the tempo

Of approaching unbridled fervour

And to indulgingly linger

In playful secret passions

So extending the pleasures

Of our shared expressions

Embracing every second

Of our mutual existence

Sinuous soft gestures

From your talented touching

Detonate arousal

Contained within my psyche

And with sweet lithe whispers

Of oncoming bliss

My heart accelerates

In anticipation of surrender

As I am once more lost

To love’s glorious control

Such a beautiful song of passion and love.... it's easy to give in....but only when they walk out it's difficult .... that's why always need to think before flowing with the passion.... :)
But I do agree brain stops working at some point of time....must be some chemicals at work isn't it.... I like the pic also...

What really stands out is your passion for vocabulary. You've crafted phrases with attention to the sounds of the words entwining, as much as for the meaning of the message. This feels more like a cerebral seduction than a physical temptation. Nicely penned & sensuous (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Awwww gawrsh! *smile*
this is absolutely wonderful and I've learned a new word from it ('gossamer') what an absolutely beautiful and captivating ode to giving into passions as you say. Thanks

This is beautifully lyrical and drew me on from one line to the next. I really like the way you build towards being "lost to love's glorious control". 'Detonate arousal' is a wonderfully impactful allusion to how some gesture or touch or word can take us beyond a threshold. I hope these words were borne out of a wonderful relationship.
