Blissfully Adrift

Blissfully Adrift

A Poem by Phill Oz O'fee
"

Sailing away ............ lovely!

"

Blissfully Adrift

How breath-taking

To traverse your waves

And eagerly grasp

An opportunity to share

To freshly taste

The saltiness of engaging lips

Boldly experiencing

Rolling climax cresting breakers

My fingers sail through

Your golden sandy hair

As I gaze intensely

Into eyes of cerulean beauty

My heart swells

With your tidal ebb and flow

Tsunami tossing

To stimulate my rippling emotions

Willingly I capitulate

To strong currents of desire

And surf spectacular spume

Satisfied to float blissfully adrift

what a way to describe your love of someone... And it would be nice to just float free and adrift within the feelings of being satisfied.. Thank you for sharing this nicely written poem..

Refreshing, indeed. It's like a breath of fresh air and brings new meaning to the word, "Wanting." Great poem.
