Transparencies of Thoughts

Transparencies of Thoughts

A Poem by Phill Oz O'fee
"

For my 'Muse' ...............

"

Transparencies of Thoughts

Dark smoky mirrors trap the phantoms

Once rampant in nightmarish dreams

Plundering no more the chest of secrets

Securely now under my lock and key

For into new beginnings I am lead

Hand held by glorious enchantress

Absorbing every nuance she offers

From words of tender acquiescence

In human form we have not meet

Only in transparencies of thoughts

It matters not for touching essence

As requirements are meet for now

Perhaps in a future realm we’ll find

Each other standing stripped of fear

To bask in happenstances novel

Where our joining can be real

Well this is a pretty damn fine right Sir, and probably would win any competition for the title matching the pieces contents perfectly. It is just one of those titles you hear and wish we had come up with first.

It also explains perfectly the difference a muse can make in channeling your energies, with that connection felt and held so firmly in place.
Many have tried to explain it, but you capture it here perfectly.

You present to us Dreams as "Transparencies of Thoughts" in this remarkable poem- brilliant and original idea my friend...you see your Muse there and your nightmare "phantoms" are trapped in "dark smoky mirrors". Splendidly surreal and vivid imagery. Great poem!

to find our muse and be one with our innermost thoughts. there is much contained in the depths of these words. great imagery, wording & pic complete. there is an honest power in this.

Do we find our Muse, or does the Muse find us? So often, inspiration will come upon us without conscious effort. Your Poem explores this so well and the last stanza defines the courage to exploit this serendipity.
