Love it. Only suggestion is that "effectively" didn't quite fit for me. Maybe something more along the lines of "sweet" and "uplifting"?

"Effectively contagious" it is. I liked this senryu. Laughter seems like a good therapy at times. I use it to control my anger though mostly ;p
