Touch pads can sense the fingers

But do not express objectionable opinion

As why they are employed in such abuse

Video platforms blink out toxic fabrications

Yet cannot control or choose to turn off

Eye-catching glistening falsehood headlines

Social media has no sense of right and wrong

Blissfully unaware mischievous polarization created

Is anonymously spreading this chaotic disease

The real abusers of global manipulation

Lay hidden in their acrimonious shadow lands

Behind layers of protective secret shields

This is an important yet much neglected topic. I think more than the people who spread these rumours/fake news, it's the people who believe it are the ones to blame..
With the advent of the social media hype, there really seems no control over how to stop this..
