Simplification

Simplification

A Poem by Aventicus
"

A mental experiment I suppose.

"
Allow me a moment
Why don't you
To put things simply
Into view
Allow me to create
A spectrum
That is by no means
New
I'll begin with one
A single object
In the hand
Reliant on no other
Except that one
Who is
The Man
A Man in fact
Who is undoubtedly
Broken and solemn
In heart and mind
Of an organ filled
Column
With both
Bones and blood
Characteristic
Nay vital
But to the common
Man
Never altruistic
For what could
They be
But he
