Love, Tea and...Anarchy

Love, Tea and...Anarchy

A Poem by Ashes
"

Hey tea and anarchy rhyme, sorta

"

Can you see them

the stars?

She whispered in hushed tones

as the train passed by

They can look back on it

the times so movie scene iconic

but it was the kiss that shared

that started the revolution

Gloved fingers intertwined

preforming on the streets like they know the crowd's there

what's love

and anarchy

and what what's life all about

with each other

This is a cool little snap shot of a poem; I like that there's not a lot to it word wise, but what's there is interesting and vivid. I walk away from this poem feeling like I get it, but I'm not being slammed in the head. Very nice.
