Misty

Misty

A Poem by Ashes
"

Beware of the nightmares little one.

"

On the misty shores
you'll find your wish
they say in bitter-sweet tones
just don't forget
to read the warning

Beware of your nightmares
and those who give them selfishly

Look behind the willows
but do no fear what isn't found
as your heartbeats
and the winds begin to howl
(or could it be something foul?)

Now come my love
both our hands are covered in blood
though only you can see it
so let's commemorate
this
with held breath and
your kiss

Author's Note

Ashes
I have no idea where this came from, or what I meant to say with this, so take a guess because it's just as good as mine. XD
I'll just blame reading Jane Eyre and listening to Nox Arcana before going to bed.
