UnrequitedA Poem by Phantom.BiteABC Poem"Alliana", I shouted as I watched you walk along the edgeBut you just walked away Couldn't you hear me trying to stop you?Did you even care?! Every time I close my eyes I see your sad eyes before you hit the bottomF**k, how could you have been so stupid?! God, why couldn't I have seen the signs... How do I live with the guilt of knowing I could have... should have... Just to be your friend... I was content Knowing that only a handful of people would ever see your true smileLucky me... Now it is too late Please lie to me and tell me this is just a nightmare
Reality isn't that kind... The piece of me that I will zoom through life without. Veto this guilt from my mind, please just give me a chance to make it right X-ray my self worth and try to move on? "Zac," my mother grabs my hand "the feelings will lessen with time." I hope she is right. © 2014 Phantom.BiteAuthor's Note
