Bad Child

Bad Child

A Poem by Ellusive Rose
"

A girl claims she's a bad child.

"

Bad Child

Darkness

Lights out when the moon arise

My whimpers being heared

From the corner of the blackened room

Tears constantly falling loud

Like glass shattering

On a hard wood floor

Body tangled within itself

Not wanting to let go

Of all I had left

Images flying through my head

Please make it stop!

I beg

Heart broken

A huge void within my soul

Like a harp

With broken strings

That can't play anymore

A hallucination

Mama, Papa

Smiling in front of me

Reach out to grab

What my heart desires

Only to be burned

By the flames of death

That surrounds them

Don't leave me!

Don't go!

My heart screams

Tears crescendo

Will it ever stop?

Not for awhile

Mama, Papa

I'm sorry.....

I'm sorry I was a bad child...

I think that the child was a bad child before and when her parents were dying, she wanted to apologize for being a bad child. This poem is very sad. T-T

I'm not sure about this. Has me wondering why she thinks she is a bad child. Perhaps a sad child instead. Maybe I missed it or maybe it isn't there as for as that goes. As for the writing, it is pretty good and flows nicely for such a dark piece. Kudos.
