A person speaks their mind

Some things I can't do

When you tell me to do things

I'll do it for you

When you ask me for something

I'll answer you

When you hurt me

I'll turn the other cheek

But when you ask me to share

My inner most feelings

I'll be silent

So silent that the wind can be heard

When you tell me to hit you

I'll step back

And stare at you with gentle eyes

And when you ask me abuse you

I'll sit there and cry

Until no more tears can be shed

I will do most things

But I can't do everything
