Bearing the Pain

It became apparent to her what was going on in her life, but was it apparent to others? Did it become a confusion for herself? Was it an a burden she didn't need to hold? What burdens does she bear?

Pain and suffering is all she feels. 

To understand her is not hard, 

To have her be open is not easy.

But the pain she causes,

Hurts, not only herself, but everyone. 

And by everyone, the ones she cares. 

People she cared about didn't understand, 

Why, why she would act and do many things.

Things that could and would hurt many.

But, it was who she was. 

It was what she did to keep her safe.

She had wanted to feel safe and secure

But was it because she missed the actions?

Or did she miss being with someone she loved?

Even she didn't know herself.

What more could she do?

Every moment that passes by, 

Her heart slowly falls apart.

It was apparent to others she didn't care,

when in reality, she did care. 

No one noticed or knew she cared.

She cared and loved everyone.

She never showed nor expressed what she should.

However, the pain she held in her heart 

Is too great for her to handle 

But, no matter the pain, she will bear it

And bear it she will in her heart. 

Author's Note

A poem that came to mind that I wrote off the top of my head. I would love to know your opinion and if you can understand what she's trying to say within this poem.

idk...my opinion is..something happened to this girl..something horrible..No one understood so she put up a wall..when deep down she was dying inside. People on the outside so the normal girl..but deep down the normal girl is gone...I mean thats what comes to my mind..Great JOB!!!
