Take Me to Heaven

I'm not exactly a religious person but doesn't mean I don't believe in something. This isn't like my previous submissions. I experimented on this trying something new. I quite like how it turned out.

An angel flying down in a dream,
healing your soul stitching seams.
Lighting up the darkest of nights.
Waving those glistening wings,
bringing melodic rays of lights.

Rapid beatings in the heart calm,
because of the faint touch of her palm.
"It's okay young one" she said.
As she starts to sing a lovely psalm.
Laying you to rest upon a bed.

Rising upon melancholic clouds,
medleys of blue gather all round.
Golden gate out in the distance.
Harmonic harps strike their sound,
when he finally makes his presence.
