A healthy lifestyle :
We get up, rush to work, toil hard, come back and pass time till we doze off. That is the routine almost everyone has these days. But have you ever pondered over the kind of lifestyle we are accustomed to. Is it healthy? Is it sustainable?Is it what we actually strive for?Questions like these will definitely stir your mind a bit. Do bother to retrospect youurself. At the end of the day, all we need is a balance in life. Of course we all have goals,dreams, deadlines and many other constraints. But to achieve all these one needs a healthy lifestyle. You may be able to achieve some of your goals with sheer determination and hard work. But dear friends, will we be in a position to enjoy the fruits of our success if we are unhealthy. Hence the crux of this piece of prose is to stimulate a sense of awareness about a healthy lifestyle for a happy and prosperous life. Now we need not try something extravagant or go out of our way to lead a healthy life. Just follow the basics. Our body needs fresh air, fresh nutrition, exercise, recreation, sufficient rest and of course fresh thoughts to be healthy. There are many ways of doing this and we all should follow the routine which suits ourselves the most. Ultimately we need to respect this body and this life. So the next time when you are working hard to achieve something, do spare a few moments to look after your health, take a small break may be and interact with colleagues/friends/family and then resume your routine with better energy and enthusiasm. Such small changes will definitely bring big positive transformation in your life. I hope whoever reads this , finds something to think about one’s own self.
