The Monster Inside Her.

The Monster Inside Her.

A Poem by Pey in Wonderland

The pain has returned.

She weeps behind closed doors.

She hides her sadness with a mask that you made her.

She no longer sees the rays of the sun.

Only the rain.

You put her away.

Wouldn't you rather her be happy?

No you wouldn't.

You like it that way.

You took away her only escape.

To make things worse, you make her wish for it more.

She suffers because of your stupidity.

She blames you.

She can't stand you.

To bad your there everytime she looks in the mirror...

You taunt her.

She no longer knows who to trust.

You made her this way.
