Birds. Freedom. Her.

Birds. Freedom. Her.

A Poem by Pey in Wonderland

She sits on her porch watching the birds roam her yard.

She sits and watches them fly spot to spot, she wishes she could be like them.

Free to ponder the world. Free to fly wherever she pleases.

She sits upon her porch and watches the creatures she envies so much.

In a past life she believes to have been a bird.

She just wants the freedom they were born to have. The freedom she has to work for,

the freedom she was born with out.

She's like a bird in a cage never to be set free.

She sits on her porch and lets a tear fall as she watches

the birds

roam her

yard.
