The Creature from Darkness

A poem about my evil pet! xD

A creature born of darkness pure,

A terror to its foes,

From its bite there is no cure,

Nothing to soothe your woes.

It moves as swiftly as a feather,

Stalking upon its prey,

Black eyes from the world so nether,

Holding your life in sway.

It may fool you cunningly,

With its furry paws,

And leave you frozen stunningly,

When you see sharp claws.

Run away if you value your life;

On it do not bet,

Or it will soon end in a strife,

With Luna the Evil Cat.

I wrote this in 10-15 minutes, so I know it's nothing special xD

I love the end. Saying that it is a (i am assuming, domestic) cat is evil made me laugh. Every thing else put a wolf-like-bear-like image in my mind. Twists catch readers attentions, and are always fun!

I actually had a evil cat once. She would always stalk around as if she had a few to many mugs down at the bar. She always did the stupidest things....

Haha, I loved this. It fits my cat too. He is nice but then suddenly attacks you. It's funny, but yeah. He is absolutely evil. Anyway, back to the poem. Up until the end, if you don't look at the picture, you'd probably assume some big, scary creature. And then....that creature is a cat. It's a cute twist. :)

Presmiješna je pjesma.. stvarno si kralj! Na početku ubacuješ nešto "dark" pa se pitam otkud na slici mačka, ja mislila da govoriš o Hulku ili nekom čudovištu xD.. a onda na kraju izvedeš nešto preludo "With Luna the Evil Cat" LOL!!
