It sounds like a cure for writer's block. Yes! When you don't know what to write, think of a Haiku that expresses your feelings about not being able to write, and suddenly you are writing again! This one you wrote in a neat way, such that it's true, that no one will ever see a 6-5-4 Haiku, unless it's a Senru. Freeform and concept, nicely done.
