Maddening Flow

Maddening Flow

A Poem by Tomislav Petricevic

Sometimes I wonder

if it’s the torment

driving us forward…

Lying in the bed

head placed on pillow

take another one

Push it against your face

and you’ll feel like home

Who said you could strive

for something greater

than this?

You are nothing but

a side character

in the book

of your

life

Write what you can

and disperse fear

in the stream

forever.
