June

The name of my new pet.

I am not really that bad, 

more kind of sad. 

But today I am happy, 

I got a new kitty. 

She is kind of pretty, 

still I miss my old pet, 

that funny black cat. 

Wonder if I got enough for the vet. 

The new does not replace the old, 

but somehow the house looks less cold. 

A new joy and some hope, 

clean without soap. 

My latest work was a bit hedious, 

but good to break the tedious.

I try and write about everything, 

hoping people catch something, 

some meaning to it, 

even if sometimes with regret. 

Life is not always so good, 

All creatures need food. 

I hope I don't get misunderstood...

Having a new pet always brings lost light back to the home,
I know that feeling to well, getting attached to them as well is hard when its past their time with us..

I love animals and this cat sounds cute..
